Herbed Hummus... a nice variation to the regular plain chickpea hummus.... i made both the variations at a dinner i hosted and to my surprise my herbed hummus wiped out instantly and by demand i changed my regular hummus to this parsley hummus... try it.. n dont be shocked to get a similar experience... Happy cooking...

Yummy!!! these baked potatoes are simply delicious... was so quick to make... I was a little unsure about making this dish with the potato skin still on... but once made and eaten i loved it... in fact it gave a nice texture to the whole experience...

Coriander and Garlic Sauce

An excellent dipping sauce... what a great combination of sweet, sour and spicy flavours... it will leave you licking your fingers... add it to your wraps, serve as a dip for freshly cut veggie sticks or even as an accompaniment to Chinese soups and starters... it will just make anything taste great...

Spinach Pizzas

You must try this recipe... if you think of pizza... and are tired with the regular commercial pizza's available at your door step in 30 mins... then I would strongly like to recommend you to spend the same time in making this pizza... trust me you will be left with a great taste and a satisfaction of eating spinach... which I generally dont like much, think about it...

it was such a delight to see all the kids enjoy this recipe at a pot lunch organized at my friends house.. they were so excited about the fact that i asked them to make and bake their own toastie.. as i had prepared the filling and all the ingredients.. they enjoyed making it and well it was all wiped out so u can judge how much the loved it.. what an exciting afternoon.. thank you..

A great summer salad... as the punch and the freshness that comes from the pineapple will leave you wanting for more... and not to forget to mention the taste from the combination of pineapple juice and black salt was a great marriage.. im sure to use this combination in my other salad recipes too... thank you..

Yummm Yummm Yummm!!! was so quick to make.. and what an experience... the crunchy exterior with the soft, mushy and cheesy center... loved it... add a dash of tobasco sauce and just DIG IN!!

yummmmyyyy!!! such a delicious S/W... the crisp toast with the gooey cheese mayo and celery filling with the freshness from the lettuce and the tomatoes... was an extraordinary experience... a great cheats snack that you don't mind to indulge in... once in a while... :-)

OMG!!! wow... these parathas simply taste yummy... i loved the flavor of ajwain... and what was more interesting is that i didnt need any water to knead it thus the flavor of the peas was 100% intact... try it... !!!

great use of the most disliked ingredient METHI... the creamy gooey paneer and the the crisp outer layer of the paratha almost tricked my senses from the bitter taste of the Methi... if this is how methi would be served... i dont see a reason to say a no anymore... enjoy...

I loved this quick to make cocktail appetizer... it was almost like a life saver recipe when my husband and his friend walked in after work for a quick drink and with no time in hand i tried this one.. they don't just look but even taste amazing... and guess what my husband didn't even know it was walnut... hey what can be better than this healthy no oil snack... well i dont see my self buying those frozen ready to fry starters anymore... thank you Mrs. Dalal...
