The beaten papaya is mixed with fresh cream and then set in fridge with gelatin. Relish this fruity flavoured cold exotic papaya dessert with papaya slices and mint sprigs as garnish.
- First and foremost churn the papaya in the mixer.
- Now add fresh cream , sugar to the beaten papaya.
- Now take 1 small katori of hot water and mix gelatin ,mix well with the papaya ,sugar ,fresh cream mixture.
- Set it in a bowl ,garnish with mint leaves and slices of papaya.
- Serve cold.
